Realistically can I go on holidays on 16th July instead of waiting until 19th?

Anyone any idea if this is possible! Both DH and I will be fully vaccinated, happy to pay for a PCR to travel if needed (hoping to go to France).

I don’t see why we have to wait until the 19th to fly on the Monday instead of going the previous Friday to maximise our leave.

Context is we’re in the middle of IVF treatment and need to be back home on the 28th of July for our next round of treatment to start and would love to get a slightly longer holiday in. We’ve done 5 rounds of IVF since April 2020 and I really need the break.

I think technically you could, people are flying out now so it more depends on how they are at the airport in Ireland and the country your going to?
