Describe the scarf please

It was silk, draped around her shoulders. Purple on the outside, with orange at the neck. There was gold braid separating the two colours. You honestly could not have tried to design a more orange order type scarf. My theory is that it may have been a gift from the DUP

Also the red jacket when she met Trump. It really didn't go with the trousers and just made her look fat. She doesn't have a good eye for fashion and she doesn't seem to have anyone to advise her.
