Is it worth getting a spare set of Moses basket covers?

I mean the liner for the inside of the basket. I should know this, really, seeing as it's for our second baby, but hey-ho. Has anyone ever needed a second liner, e.g. if your LO was sick?

I wouldn't bother. They are in them for such a short time - if you had to wash them you could always line with a sheet or something
