Thinking of getting one for my second baby, who is due when my first will be 19 or 20 months old. Would love to hear whether you found it useful or not. I was thinking would be better over a Moses basket (which I had with my first) as I can more easily carry it from room to room.. I worry about my toddler knocking over a Moses basket or poking/prodding the baby if I were to, for example, nip to the loo for a couple of mins! If I could easily take baby with me that would be better.

I don't see it being any safer than a moses basket put on the floor your toddler could still pull it over or climb into it. If get a travel cot to put up on the living room. It's also not going to last long as once baby can roll or sit up it's not recommended.

@jannier it’s more the portability that draws me to it, meaning I could more easily take baby from room to room and not give the toddler much of a chance to create chaos! I never found the Moses basket very portable. Travel cot is a good shout, I just worry about limited space..
