Hi
My 6 week old has really long legs (not sure where he gets it from) and hrs nearly outgrown his moses baskets. He has one downstairs and one upstairs. He also has a next to me crib upstairs but he didn't like this when he was first born so I brought him another moses basket. In a couple of weeks he'll have outgrown both moses baskets so I will transition him into his next to me cot upstairs buy what can he nap in downstairs? He's too young not to be with me in the day but I'm very reluctant to buy another not just for cost but for storage. Does anybody have any ideas what ge can nap in during the day?
Tia

Mine has a tinylove rocker napper. It can used as a chair as she gets bigger. I've seen them 2nd hand for approx £20-£30 or £80 new.

Carrycot from your pram or a swing.

I had a travelcot with added mattress in the living room. Used it till 6 months.

Travel cot with a good correct size mattress

A travel cot. It'll double as a playpen/somewhere safe to put them in whilst you're in the bathroom or making lunch once they're crawling.

Travel.cot. DS 2 outgrew his carry cot at a few weeks old as he was so long, so we used the travel cot downstairs.

YY to travel cot! They come in so handy

Believe it or not, washing baskets and boxes are safe sleep areas for young babies, so you could use one of those as a stopgap.

Thanks everyone. I didn't know travel cots had adjustable height mattresses. I thought I'll never be able to put him down asleep at the bottom of a travel cot. I'll get looking now.

Bassinet or just a mat. My DH used to always fall asleep on the floor while 'playing'
