Single mattress for 12 year old girl

Hi

Looking for recommendation on a single mattress for my petite 12 year old daughter. Ideally we would prefer a medium pocket sprung.

Having looked at John Lewis, M&S & Next, everything within our budget (up to £250) have bad reviews! I've also looked at Ikea but they sell mainly firm mattress.

Does anyone have a really comfy bed that didn't cost the earth? Please send me your recommendation.

Thank you

Ronnie

We've just got this one from Wayfair for our DC and would highly recommend.

Loads on Amazon with good reviews.

I'd go to a bed shop and actually sit/lie on some. Both my kids (at different times) have actually chosen foam mattresses, despite measuring them towards a sprung mattress.

Have a couple of the cheap ish IKEA ones, around £120, obviously not the last word in mattresses but seem comfortable enough to me.

Thanks everyone, we'll be going to a couple of bed shops over the weekend and hopefully find the ones you've recommended.
