Travel cot recommendation for use as a bed prior to baby going into her own room please

My daughter is too little I feel to go into her cotbed in her own room. She has almost outgrown her Moses basket. Could anyone recommend a travel cot to bridge the gap please? Is it best to buy a proper mattress to go in it? Are there any that do not require baby to sleep so low down? Thank you.

Why not just put the cotbed in your room? It would save you having to buy a travel cot and a new mattress.

You could try putting the moses basket into the cot if there is a danger she may be too heavy for the basket and she will still feel secure in her own little bed, then leave the doors open so you can still hear her. This can assist with the transition period from Moses basket to cot.
