Cots and beds

This topic is for discussing cots and beds. We've spent weeks researching and testing newborn beds in real homes with real families.

Need bunk beds for the boys, but just come across a triple sleeper . . . any thoughts?

We will hopefully be adding to our brood soon and going to need to put the 2 little boys in a room together in some sort of mid sleeper with raised mattress underneath (which doesn't seem to exist!). Or have just come across a triple sleeper, which would also nicely solve the problem of where to put guests when they come to stay (which admittedly is few and far between these days).

Has anyone got or used a triple sleeper? What are they like? And can anyone recommend a good one? (Not looking at the metal frames as not keen on the style of them).

Thanks Smile

i had one for DD a few years ago, friend was selling it for £60 :) came in v handy when we had family staying, if you have the room for it then i would say get one over bunk beds.

£60 - bargain!

Yep, I'm thinking so. We used to have a double bed in the room but got rid when DS2 arrived. Found a couple of nice ones online . . . now to ebay to hopefully find them cheaper!

PS It is me, just changed my name!
