Is anybody else’s with OVO?
For 10 days of gas and electric I was billed £60.81 ( I moved into this property on the 11/11) I paid that and It’s been 13 days since I last made a payment as it’s due monthly, and my bill is already at £98.71 is this correct or is it too high?
I live in a one bed maisonette surely it’s somethings not right? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Are you giving readings?
Is it a smart meter?
What tariff are you on?
How often is your heating on?

On the app it says meter readings are being took half hourly?
Pay monthly not eligible for a smart meter apparently?
and if say for about 3/4 hours per day as the windows are really bad with condensation and letting heat out😫 I have reported it to the council but they don’t seem to care

Sounds like you already have a smart meter if they're taking their own readings

Im with OVO but with PAYG smart meters. Their app is meant to show my balance in real time but is showing my electricity as of 28/10. So no help.
Gas is about £60 per month. 2 bed house. Heating never on. Hot water always on.

If you're on a low income apply for their winter support package. (Google it)
I got an electric blanket, insulation tape, light bulbs and heat reflectors for the radiators.

They charged me £83 for 6 days between suppliers switching over, at which point the house was empty and gas turned off at mains/fuse box off. I couldn’t switch fast enough.
