So I applied early last month and finally got a text stating they'd received it on the 18th of April.
The next day I received my MatB1 back but have heard absolutely nothing since.
There's talk of me being induced early, and I'm still without a pram. A recent family death has left me without family support too, and my partner had a stroke last year so is presently off work sick, hence the PIP and UC claims ice mentioned here before... As a result this has become my only way to grab the last few bits such as a pram, so I can't afford to wait if I am induced early.
When I call they are useless, stating they can't say anything to me about my claim till 28 days, and now I'm just worried.
So any support on timeframes, and what exactly to expect to ease my nerves would be greatly appreciated.
