Faulty car on finance

Hello, I’m hoping someone can give me some advice.
My partner and I got a second hand car from the Land Rover garage on PCP in January 2023. Since we purchased it’s had problem after problem (we’ve only had the in total 4/5 months at home) it’s always broken and having something fixed!
The person we were dealing with in the company has recently left.
I received a call yesterday from the garage demanding £5,000 or they will reverse the work they have done on the car.
around Christmas time I tried my hardest to get the agreement cancelled as I don’t feel it’s safe. We got the car two weeks before my son was born and it’s always been broken. The garage wouldn’t let me cancel as they said it’s covered under warranty and we have never been told we need to pay for anything due to the amount of issues we have had but becuase the person we were dealing with has left they are now saying the agreement doesn’t stand.
what can I do? I’ve felt sick since yesterday and feel like we are almost being bullied into paying this money for something we’ve hardly drove and pay £365 a month for!

I suggest getting in contact with the financial
Ombudsmen and see if they can help.
How old is the car and the nature of the problem.
