Boiler cover company that's good?

So I've god heating cover with Heatforce.
I Phoned them up to fix my hot water. I was panicking as my daughter soils herself and needs to wash regularly, she has DS.
I paid to have an engineer sent out to be told my boiler, because it has a ten year guarantee, is covered by the manufacturer so to phone them.
Surely, before I paid call-out charge, they could have told me this?
Does anyone know a good company that I can switch to, please?

Did they actually investigate the issue? It may be that only upon examining the boiler did they find out it wasn't the sort of issue they could fix there and then, and that you'd be better off contacting the manufacturer. If so, I think they behaved fairly. If they only looked at the boiler model and age, then yes that's out of order! If that is the case, could you complain and get your money back for the visit?

DM me and I can help with cheap rates too. Nothing worse than being ripped off for what should be an easy service!
