Mortgages, moving 100 miles and self employed

Hi guys

So I'm self employed and run my business from home. We are planning on moving to a different area. I will have to start my business from scratch once I move.

Does anyone know how this will impact me getting a mortgage?

How many years of accounts do you currently have filed?

If it’s more than three and your income is good across those years, you could speak to a financial adviser and look at getting a mortgage agreement in place now, before your bottom line takes a bit this year/next year.
