Warm my hands up

I’m shit at being cold but I need to cut down on my heating as it was a shit show cost wise last year.

Right now it’s saying it’s 21 in my house - and I feel ok. But my hands are freezing!!!

How can I keep my hands warm without wearing bloody gloves? It’s not even cold yet, I despair at myself!!!!

My late DM had Raynauds, her hands and feet were always cold.

I use layers, right now it’s socks, 2 cardigans. As it gets colder I build up the layers, thick or fleece socks, dressing gown over clothes, blanket while sitting and a fleece blanket under the duvet in bed.

Generally I don’t find fleeces warm so I have wool sweaters and cardigans.

I don’t have Raynauds - they’re not always cold. Just when it’s cold!

I didn't like the Turtle Dove ones.

Sheepskin wristlets are much better.

I wear old socks as wrist warmers. FREE and machine washable & no problem if they get mucky, lost or damaged. And fingerless gloves. Plus a set of full gloves when outside. And long sleeves to hide my hands in.

Plus a neck buff & hat if sitting around, on the coldest days, leggings under jeans, etc.

Fingerless gloves are great and I wear them in winter as I get reynauld (can’t spell it) and tips of my finger tingle, which isn’t good as my job involves typing most of the day. The gloves help. I’ve also moved to a flat, and it’s sooo much warmer

Given the praise for TD Fingerless gloves, I've just ordered some chunky knit ones from their website!
I have some other fingerless gloves but they're pretty useless - no idea where they're from but they just don't work. I guess I can always put them on over the TD ones if necessary...

Hot water bottle. I always have one, often even in summer (Raynaud's disease)
