Missed Disability Cost of Living Payments

Please can someone help me?

My son was finally awarded DLA after 78 weeks. But this now means he has missed two of the disability COL payments.

How do I report these? I have tried contacting DLA but their opening hours are my work hours and getting through on a 30 minute lunch break has proven impossible.

Please can someone advise how I can report these?

I got my sons randomly then the £10 Christmas bonus I think it takes a while to generate the payments. I think they are open late? Or used to be so you can phone. I struggling to get back payment from tax credits for my son

Same with Tax Credits too as it goes over 3 tax years. I was told it has to go to a specialist team but I chased them yesterday and the person said 'oh you're far too early to chase. it wouldn't have been looked at yet'. Personally I wouldn't have said 3 weeks was too early.

I received the DLA letter today confirming backpay which includes the Christmas Bonus.

The DLA are open during my work hours 9am to 5pm so I cant call unfortunately
