I thought we were doing ok until recently. Our food bill has increased dramatically but we’re getting less and less for the money. I was paid last week and I’m already wondering where I’m going to find the money for next week’s food shopping.

We are fortunately not in food bank territory and I know the summer break is always expensive with new uniforms, outings and such like, so I’m hoping we can sort ourselves out this month.

We are certainly starting to feel the pinch and it’s frightening. Does anybody else feel this way?

Weekend - Saturday Ds goes basketball

I go town use last bit of money on ibuprofen to sort tooth ache which had started.

Can't afford to go dentist not been since once after lock down. Any dental bill will send me over the edge right nowon

Today, spent day in doors - it's good to rest but another reason is I have nothing left now until pay day on Friday x

Our home insurance renewal has come through today, gone from £20pm to £68!
No changes or claims.

Got another policy elsewhere for £33 a month but it's made me so angry and feel ripped off tbh. I feel like everywhere I turn I'm being hammered by the cost of living and it's so tiring.

It feels like no escape.

You get yourself sorted, head round a new budget and something else happens.
