FYF on £20 a week book- how much is it now!?

This book came out 2020 I just started looking at the shopping list but believe prices have pretty much doubled since

The initial shopping list states £157

Has anyone done it recently ? What does it cost now ?

Also did you follow the plan religiously?

you can sign up to her email list and she did menu plans up until I think January? She has a website where you can see the plans. You don’t need to spend £150 on initial stuff.. just buy what you need. You don’t need to buy the book.
that said I don’t really like the ideas, but if you haven’t really got the choice?

Thanks, i agree actually the recipes look a bit naff ! Luckily I got it from the library
