How long does it normally take UC to process a tax rebate from HMRC? I paid in the cheque at the start of August assessment period. I contacted UC to ask whether I needed to report it they said no, will be reported by HMRC.
It’s a fairly chunky payment enough to wipe out my Uc entitlement on an assessment period with five Fridays. Sod’s law it will go through the month they do eligibility for extra energy payment. Does anyone know roughly how long it takes Hmrc to report tax rebate to Uc.
