Fp57 claiming for a refund for my prescriptions

Ive paid out a few prescriptions since ive became unemployed. But just realised that I shouldve of asked for a fp57 😕

One of them is a big lot of medicals that i paid individually from my hospital that i paid

I've kept all the receipts.

Is it too late??

But now im unemployed from 2 weeks ago, im waiting to see if i am eligible to get help for the health costs.

Hi, I work in pharmacy unfortunately to claim back you do have to request the form when paying for your medication.
