PIP renewal decision text

Hi everyone. I done a telephone assessment for my pip renewal last month or so. Today I received a text saying

“Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.”

Has anyone else received this and still got rewarded? Because I'm seeing that some people get a similar text to this but it states that they “have been awarded pip”. Is my text a code for a rejection?

Hi, I got this text today after sending my review forms in March 2023, does this mean I will have yet another assessment or can it mean it’s been awarded!

Hi, I sent my review forms off and received a text on the 21st of feb 2024 saying that they had received the forms:
We have received your PIP review form. We may contact you for more information or you may need an assessment with a health professional before we make our decision. We will contact you again if you do. You will continue to get PIP while your award is being reviewed. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

and then yesterday (8th of March) I received this text:
Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.

Has anybody had any experience with this please and what was the outcome please?
im worried because it’s literally only took 2 weeks… is this normal? My conditions have worsened since around September last year.

Iv received a txt this morning sayin my renewal is complete but I haven’t had a new assignment does that mean it’s stopped

How can they tell in an automated phone when they don't no who you are

I rang up and spoke to a case manager and he told me that I’ve been awarded for a further 3 years and the payments are staying the same so i wouldn’t worry too much… maybe try calling them and getting through and asking as couldn’t help myself and could not wait

Yes i received the same ive had no assessment its 2 weeks tomorrow ive waited for the letter so finger's crossed i receive good news

My fingers are crossed for you. Have you tried ringing the automated line to see what it says when it says your next payment is “” xx

i received my letter and and still kept my award fingures crossed for you x

Whats the automated line

It’s just the pip number but if you go through security it should tell you at the end when your next payment is due and amount - hope this helps xx

Just got my letter money staying the same got it for 3 years so i am absolutely over the moon no wonder anxiety through the roof thanks for your help

Hi I had a txt frm pip saiding they made a decide on Thursday today Friday no payment which I think is there decide without notices which I been on it for the last four years fone call in the morning

@Vikingseed Yes I received same text on last week Tuesday, today I found out they have given me more 4 years plus enhanced mobility late which I wasn’t getting at first. So don’t panic everything will be okay!👍 Thanks.

I had a virtual assessment last Friday and then received a text today saying they've had there report and will now make a decision which can take up to 6 weeks.

Has anyone else had this? Talk about sending anxiety and depression through the roof with all this
