Low spend March

Orcubed · 28/02/2023 14:15

Following on from February.

I’m trying not to spend outside of our existing direct debits, standing orders, birthdays etc, also trying to keep groceries etc low. I failed badly in February, hoping March will be better!

All newcomers welcome!

@Coffeecoffeeinmytummy I sometimes take hot dogs in a flask, some hot dog rolls and sachets of tomato sauce. Or hot pasta in the food flask to share.

In the past few days only £1.25 for Tropicana juice, because I forgot my fruit for work 😡This is the one thing I can't get over while being pregnant- forgetting fruit.

Are we going to do a Low Spend April? I definitely need to.

£37 today on weekly shop, went to both Lidl & Morrisons. I'm going to try and keep a tally all month.

Free sausage roll & hot choc from gregga for DS lunch.

I need a no spend April. I have squandered so much money recently.

2 more weeks to our travels so I'm definitely in. NSD today and none planned for tomorrow

I spent far too much on my work trip (including a few gifts for DH and ds), so a low spend April would be very handy.
I did manage 2 NSDs last week, at least! Hope to see some of you for an April one.
