I'm wanting to have my bill explained to me and I've tried the number published, 0808 501 5200 and there's just no answer. Does anyone have another number they've used successfully, please?

No, I expect all energy companies are incredibly busy lately.

What do you need help with? Maybe we can help?

I’ve had a really poor experience with them having left them to switch provider 18 months ago. It culminated in them saying I owed them £3000…. In fact they owed me £400. I found it very difficult to get through on the phone . Best to email . They were more likely to respond to emails IME. Good luck!

We couldn't get them on the phone after lots of attempts. Eventually used WhatsApp and were able to speak to someone that way.

Ah thank you all, that's really helpful. After an incredibly long hold I did manage to speak to someone who was actually very helpful and answered my question. Good luck to anyone else who's struggling to connect!

For the second time in two years our pre payment meter wont take the money that is on the key. The amount on the meter is well under the maximum allowed yet it wont take the money from the key. Eons bright idea was to take the risk of completely running the credit down on the meter. And then trying again despite the fact that the meter can hold £249 They wanted us to take a bloody photo of the meter and e mail it to them. Im not messing around like this AGAIN. I asked on Friday about changing back to a credit meter and was told that No we are not doing that at the moment. Well Eon DH is nearly 73 a pensioner with disabilities and we have NO DEBTS or CCJs against us at all. I am not going to take the risk of running out of electric Id rather take legal advice instead.

Had a pointless Twitter DM exchange with someone from there today "our systems are not in real time" I shit you not.

Just change supplier @JenniferBooth and poof, just like that your meters that were once prepayment become credit.
