I'm wanting to call the agency to see if they can contact the landlord of the house we're renting to see what his plans are for renewing the tenancy and what the rent will be as it very likely that it will increase if he renews the tenancy. We moved here in February so it wouldn't be until next February but I just want us to have some time to plan/figure out what we can afford.
