My partner and I have a joint Universal Credit claim. He got a letter yesterday saying he will receive the warm homes discount automatically to his energy account.
The thing is, he isn’t on the bills. They’re all in my name. I assume given he is eligible and we claim UC as a couple then in fact, we are eligible.
Does anyone know what will happen with the money?
