Has anyone got the £66 from British Gas?

My understanding was that if you paid on direct debit you would get £66 paid back to you a month for six months from October. I have checked my bank account and my British Gas account and no sign of it. I have both my gas and electric with them an my direct debit comes out first of month. Has anyone got theirs from British Gas?

I've gotten it but it's been paid directly to my supplier and shows up in the "in credit" bit

Yes, the first one on the 6th October, paid into my bank account. My British Gas account says the second payment went through on the 4th November but it's not shown in my bank account yet!

Octopus have reduced my direct debit by £66 for the next few months. Now paying £137 rather than £203

Thank you. I will give them a call tomorrow. My account is showing as over 500 in credit so no reason for them to keep it!

With BG it should show as a £66 credit on your electricity account and then should be debited again and end up in your bank account. Some people on here said it took up to 10 days to get the money back in their bank account

I only had my October one on Friday and the November one the day after - if you give them a call they should be able to get it to go, mine was "stuck" somehow for October, and once that went in the November one followed. They are still in my online account although apparently they will be sent to my bank account this week

We were exactly the same. £66 rebate for October was credited to our BG account on 4/10, then the £66 rebate was credited for November was credited the following day 5/10. Hoping it gets transferred to our bank account shortly..

Yes I had Octobers and Novembers credited yesterday. Directly to the electricity account though rather than into the bank

I'm with British gas. I pay by direct debit and it shows the 66 credited to my energy account but nothings made its way into my bank account yet.

I have checked the electricity account now. Thanks for the advice . It has been credited to the account so looks like just hasn't made it too my bank account.
