Eon rates above the cap?

So we are coming to the end of a cheap fix with eon. Going on the normal Next Flex from 3rd November. The rates they are quoting per kwh seem to be above the cap. I'm rather worried to be honest. Anyone else had this? It seems you can't swap supplier at the moment either. I've got all weekend to worry about this now as the customer service is only 9 to 5 monday to Friday. Anyone else had this?

Good luck! I tried Facebook messaging and what's apping them (both of which they suggest as their best means of contact) and both took over a week to come back with a response - and both of them gave me a different response so no help at all!

I also emailed their complaints teams and have had no response at all nearly 2 weeks later....
