I only seem to be able to find what I’ve paid per kw on an old bill, so I don’t know what I’m paying now. Where do I find it ?

Is there an app you can log into?
Are you on a fixed rate or the variable rate?

KangarooKenny · 10/10/2022 12:37

I go onto the app but can’t see it, only old bills. I’m on variable.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the app ? It was updated last week

Notjusta · 10/10/2022 14:49

There's this on their website - I haven't tried it out though www2.scottishpower.co.uk/tariff-information.process?execution=e1s1

KangarooKenny · 10/10/2022 15:45

So I’ve downloaded the app again ( thanks !) I’m Standard Online and I’ve found the ‘consumption charge 24hr unit rate’ and standing charge. It doesn’t tell me per unit though 🤔

Think they're just giving it a different name.
Electricity will be around 34p/kwh and gas around 10.3p/kwh (give or take a few pence)

KangarooKenny · 10/10/2022 15:51

Ah, I see. Electric is 33.4p and gas 10.3p.
So pretty standard then ?

The "24hr" is the unit rate - it just means you are in a normal tariff not a Economy 7

Have you had your £66 government refund from them yet? Still waiting mine.

dementedpixie · 10/10/2022 15:53

Yes they will all be very similar as that's the price guarantee prices for the standard variable rate that started on the 1st October

XDownwiththissortofthingX · 10/10/2022 16:06

They will have contacted you somehow to inform you of an impending price change. Either by email if you manage an online account, or by post if you don't.

Emails go to DH, he says he hasn’t had anything 🤔
