Anybody else on tax credits and not had the first COL payment??

Hi all, I was just wondering if anybody else is on tax credits and not been paid their first cost of living payment? HMRC said that we are entitled to the payment but we have received nothing and I cannot for the life of me get to speak to anyone from DWP. TIA

Go on the GOV.UK website and then cost of living page. You can report a missing payment and you will be contacted back. You can’t speak to anyone about it as there is no number for the cost of living payments.

Thank you for replying - I have been trying this but it just says to phone hmrc when I submit the form. It is so infuriating - I phone hmrc and they say to phone dwp and then dwp just cut me off! Nightmare

Ive just had a look at the gov.UK. Site and it has been updated since I last looked. You could only submit a form before to register the missing payment. I would stick with the HMRC number it gives and hope you get someone on the phone who knows what there doing regarding missing payments!!
