Has anyone got their new Utility Warehouse rates yet? (Standard variable)

It says they’re sending more info out in Sept so maybe being an eager beaver/ worrier but has anyone received theirs yet?

We just pay for what we we use and have none of the additional services etc so very nervous.

Not yet no. I am on the green fixed for gas though.

hey how do you find utility warehouse? I am trying to find out as i got a good quote from them but i have to buy two of their products

They are fine. I have mobile plus landline and internet with them. No issues and broadband fine too.

We have mobile and broadband with them and no issues.

I have broadband with them as well as electric and gas and I think they're great. Really helpful call centre as well.

We just got passed on from the previous tenants so didn’t have any but I think they force you to get a couple of services now which is so annoying because most people have broadband, phones etc already xxx

I’ve only go the one service from them and only got a little sales pitch and explanation about the others on offer but as we’re happy with having our other services elsewhere there was no pressure for more. If we want a fixed energy tariff though we’d have to have one additional service. Other than that they’ve been amazing and the lady who set mine up is always on hand to answer any questions I have.
