Place marking with interest

GoneWithTheWine1 · 05/09/2022 07:07

It's not till October. September is the Pip and DLA payment.

Celeryfavour · 05/09/2022 07:08

I've just had my first one, I get tax credits.

TigerRag · 05/09/2022 07:55

The one for people on tax credits is due about now. For those of us on DWP benefits, they're saying October.

BeeBeeBoo · 05/09/2022 09:30

I get child tax credits and ESA.

bewilderedhedgehog · 05/09/2022 12:14

great typo - I am going to call it the cost of loving from now on!!

Justcallmebebes · 05/09/2022 12:24

Does everyone get this £400 regardless of income and if they're not on benefits?

vroom321 · 05/09/2022 12:30

What is this?

AlmostAJillSandwich · 05/09/2022 13:06

It is the £150 fro DLA/PIP etc, due september 20th onwards.
The second £324 hasn't even had its qualifying period announced yet, and the first wasn't paid til over a month after that. At best it's coming late October, more likely mid november.

Yes you get a credit on electricity account.

lookingforbaubles · 05/09/2022 13:14

i thought it was just going on to my electric bill but i got this email from BG......

How do I receive the discount?
For Direct Debit customers, we’ll send the discount straight to your bank each month – like a refund – once your Direct Debit has gone through.

For example:
If your Direct Debit is £100 a month, you’d pay that as normal. Then a few days later, £67 will be paid in to your bank account. If your Direct Debit is less than £67 a month, say £50 for example, £50 will be refunded to your bank account and the remaining £17 will be applied as credit to your energy account.

lookingforbaubles · 05/09/2022 13:16

sorry to hijack but this is about the 400 energy payment

Every household will get £400, paid over six months starting from October 2022. So you’ll get the following each month:

October 2022

£66

November 2022

£66

December 2022

£67

January 2023

£67

February 2023

£67

March 2023

£67

JustTheOneSwan · 05/09/2022 13:41

OldEnoughToHaveReadBunty · 05/09/2022 14:28
