£650 - pensioners, one savings, one guaranteed?

Hopefully have posted in the right place!

My parents are (long time) divorced:

Mum receives pension savings credit
Dad receives pension guarantee credit

Does anyone know whether they will BOTH be eligible for the £650?

I didn’t explain that very well at all!

They live separately, so both entitled to support as individuals.

Pension credit has two levels (savings and guarantee). Guarantee gets more support that savings.

The £650 applies to UC, TC and pension credit. What I can’t seem to find is whether it’s ALL recipients of PC, or just those who receive PC guarantee.
