Before we apply, just wanted to see if anyone else has been i the same situation as us. We need more room in the house and want to do a garage conversion. We have a personal loan for our car and a mortgage with our bank. If we asked for a home improvement loan, would they refuse ?? Credit rating is always good for us. Never missed any payments Will taking out another loan be a problem ??
