Tesco savings stamps - physical book/card?

Hi,

My MIL would like to start using Tesco saving stamps again (she has done so in previous years, some time ago).

I've looked online and it appears you can do this via the Tesco Clubcard, but she would like a physical savings card or booklet. She says this is how Tesco used to manage the scheme.

Do the savings cards still exist? I think these will be easier for her than managing online.

They definitely still have the stamp
machines in my local Tesco (where you put a pound in the machine and a stamp comes out). Maybe ask customer services at her nearest Tesco?

I don't think they do them now. I save my Clubcard points for vouchers at Christmas

Great, thank you. I'll pop along and check tomorrow (we don't shop in Tesco so thanks for the help!)

Morrison's do them if there is a store close to her

i used to do the stamps many years ago ,but the problem is they ften do not keep the machine active, and that's a pita if you like to get a single stamp each time you go in.

they also did a scheme where you could "top up" your shopping bill so you could pay £25 for your £22,50 shop and the extra £2.50 would be saved somewhere and then show up on your clubcard statement....that seemed to go tits up in the second year as the tills wouldn't allow any overpayment, but whether that was just my store who knows!

I work in a Tesco store and we still have the stamp machine. Loads of people use it to pay towards Christmas and if used in December you get a £1 bonus on a full card.

OP here - just a note to say thanks to everyone on this thread.

We picked up a card in Tesco yesterday and have added £5 worth of stamps for MIL Smile thanks all!
