Gas & electric suppliers

Hi everyone,
I am currently with Good Energy for my gas & electric but received a call from Scottish Power with a deal to switch to them.
The deal seems pretty good but I thought I'd ask you all who you have as your suppliers?
Anyone I should avoid?

I would go on a comparison site and check. I switch pretty much every year depending on who has the best deal. Currently with green energy.
