Year 7 lunch spending?

My dd has spent £45 in 2 weeks on canteen food. I topped the account up thinking at least 4 weeks .
I would never and have never spent that on lunches for myself.
Ive got her making packed lunches now until after half term.
What do your ks3 kids spend?

Not a bad way to teach kids budgeting though.

My ds is now yr 8,there has been the odd day he's spent £2-3 , but very rare, he complains the queues too long so I give him pack up and he does as he likes, some days nothing extra then the odd bits and a drink
