No spending from September to December.......

Decided to try this from 1 September.

To save money I'm only shopping in Lidl on Saturdays with a proper list and a meal plan.....

Only food and petrol to go on credit card.

By that time, boys should both be kitted out for school and none of us need anything.

I go to SW and will be going to a keep fit thing but that's it. No coffees out or junk food....

Anyone want to join me?

I'm in! I need to spend a little for my boys birthday soon but apart from that I'm gonna try my hardest

I had a bit of a slip up at the weekend because we went to Costco. Whilst a fair bit was groceries, we ended up buying a coat for DD and a couple of really cosy throws for our sofa. Plus the obligatory mega cheap hotdog and drink deals at the end Blush But apart from that the other £50 odd was groceries. Also bought a cheap dress for myself in Sainsbury's but I think I will get DH to give me it for Christmas (sad, but I end up mostly buying my own presents).
Off out with DD and a friend today, but it's soft play so shouldn't be expensive. I will try to avoid having lunch there by taking plenty of snacks.

I failed already too. I bought two things 1 on sale and the other not to cheer me up about a recent disappointment. Spent about £80 and still feeling disappointed. Both things will get used but I'm annoyed at my self for the random spend.

Start again tomorrow!

Just bought school shoes but that was necessary.
Am not getting a £6.99 special Papa Johns though and am cooking instead....what willpower!

I'm only a little off track. And only because I had to mind DGCs. Back on track full time now.

Well I ordered some clothes from 2 different places, 9 items in total. I've had the first 4 things and I'm happy to say it all looks totally shite on me and it's going back! I just hope the rest of it looks shite too.
