As the title says, please inspire me with 7 meals from my ingredients:
I have:

11 fishfingers
Lots of chicken nuggets (DD is more likely to eat these)
6 Veggie burgers
2 frozen chicken fillets (I won't eat)
4 spicy beanburgers
1/2 pack veggie mince
6 Frozen sausages
Frozen sweetcorn, peas & a little broccoli
Naan bread
Small amount of spinach leaves
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
4 carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Approx 500g new potatoes
2 eggs
4oz cheese
up to 1/2 pint of milk can be used towards cooking
2 cans tomatoes
1 can baked beans
1 can Heinz Five Beanz
Can chickpeas
Can kidney beans
Jar curry sauce
Lots of rice
Pasta for 2 meals
Small packets of curry and chicken flavoured noodles
Spicy and tomato flavoured coucous
Flour
Chilli, herbs and pepper

I'm thinking curry, a couple of pasta meals, but it how I jazz up the frozen protein things with something nice containing veggies.

I know there's a fair amount above, but money is tight. I promised DH I'd keep our spending down and it will be down but not as low as I promised, so don't want to buy much else for at least a week.

How many of you are there? You partner and dd?

Veggie chilli with the onion, mince, 1 tin tomatoes, chilli, kidney beans
Sausage casserole with the other tin of tomatoes, new potatoes and any mix of veg
Chickpea curry with naan
Egg fried rice with peppers, peas and sweetcorn, maybe serve with veggie burgers?

Similar to Apple, I would do,

Chickpea curry. Curry sauce, chickpeas, spinach, with rice and naan.

Pasta with tomato sauce made from tin tomatoes and herbs. Add sweetcorn and chopped sausage.

If you have butter or oil then 2oz cheese and sweetcorn quiche with cous cous and broccoli.

Veggie chili. Mince, tin tomatoes, green pepper, kidney beans, chili with rice.

Wraps made from the flour. Fill with mixed beans and rinsed baked beans and a little chili. Sprinkle 2oz cheese on top and bake. Serve with 2 carrots and half potatoes.

Slice and fry potatoes and eat with fish fingers and peas.

Veg risotto type thing. Onion, quarter of green pepper, sweetcorn, peas, tomatoes, rice and herbs/stock.

Then it's burgers, 2 carrots and noodles as that's pretty much all that's left. They're not the greatest meals and all of them would benefit from an onion.

Thanks for your replies. Last night had pasta in sauce with half cheese and a few veggies (two carrots were going past their best). Haven't quiet decided on tonight, but I'm well up for a chickpea curry and can add most veggies to that. Your ideas to use some noodles or do egg fried rice with the veggie burgers is good, and the others are all good possibilities.

I'm so used to buying what I want to go with meals (we don't eat extravagantly though), so just needed some inspiration and some encouragement not to go to the shops.

Hopefully I've got enough for eating at other times. Having said that I've accepted I'll have to spend up to £5, which is for milk, bread, a little fruit and the odd carrot, onion etc I may need to add to a meal.

Any other replies still welcome as I'll be referring back to this for an idea each day!

Base tomato sauce with onion pepper carrots tinned tomatoes.
Split in half & add veggie mince, take some to make pasta bake with a little cheese on top.
Use rest with added beans & spice for chilli.& rice
Frittata with eggs, new potatoes, pea & spinach & a bit more cheese.
Top burgers with (more) tomato sauce, serve with couscous or noodles.
Chickpea & bean curry.with rice & naan bread. Make extra to stir in a savoury rice.
Do the burgers crumble or stick together? Use for meatless balls if they will squash together.

Invest your £5 in some more eggs, cheap cheese a loaf (50p) @ aldi, made by hovis, bag of frozen veg & Potatoes for mash with sausages & milk.
Blitz last quarter tomato sauce add beans some stock for a soup.
