Thank you to Pat1ence for this idea! Much like the school uniform thread lots of people struggle to have enough clothes on the go over the long school break. This is a place to offer up what you gave spare/ ask for items your DC need. Smile

I have a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye reading this thread. What a lovely bunch you all are. My children are all grown up and all their clothes went to charity shops, I hope someone benefited

I have a couple of party dresses going spare:
Aqua/pale turquoise one (Mathew Williamson @ debdnhams) with midi length tulle skirt and sequinned top - quite frozen-esque age 8

Johnny B pink floral print age 9-10 but comes up a bit small - DD wore this to a wedding with a gold cropped cardi from Next that I can chuck in too.

I've got piles & piles of newborn baby vests & sleepsuits- some white, some bright unisex & also some boys. Some have been worn but still can be used, others barely worn. Can't find anyone who can make use of them locally & charity shop aren't really interested in vast piles of white vests!
Would happily pay postage & would have enough for a couple of people.

FauxFox · 13/07/2015 13:38

Party dresses have been claimed - thanks.

HarryLimeFoxtrot · 13/07/2015 17:24

I've sorted through some more of DD's clothes, and have the following:

Purple polka dot PJs (John Lewis, 7 years)
Thick pink fleece (age 7/8)
Turquoise tracksuit bottoms and hooded top (Pineapple, age 7/8)

OneBigHeadache · 14/07/2015 06:47

Just marking my place as having a sort out this week. I will probably have some boys 5-7ish and my shoe cupboard is also getting a clear out so will post on here once I do.
I'll be looking out for any girls 2-3 or 3-4. My DD is growing faster than I can keep up with!

Imgoingtodisney · 17/07/2015 00:40

I've been a lurker on mn for year but never been to this section before. What lovely people you all are.

If anyone is clearing out and has girls clothes for an 8 year old (size 1 feet) or boys clothes for a tall 12 year old boy with size 5 feet I would love to give them a new home. I am struggling at the moment and would be extremely grateful.

They just keep growing and I can keep up. Confused

IssyStark · 17/07/2015 09:46

Pyjamas and swim nappies are gone, however still have:

T-shirt bundle for 12-18m

towelling robe 18m
