Talk to me about bulk making freezer meals

So me and DH have decided to start making all our months meals (60 meals) in one go and freezing them. i have the shopping list sorted and raring to go but worried about what times are like for re heating pre cooked frozen food in the oven ? do you defrost then heat or just bung them straight in for 30mins or so

Can I freeze shop bought pepperoni slices. Ds3 likes it on his pizza but no one else does so I buy a packet and it is rarely all used.

You can freeze pepperoni. I do.

im making a meatball and pepperoni pasta bake with chicken plan on freezing so that's good to know we love pepperoni

pepperoni keeps for quite a while in a sealed container ita high cured meat so it keeps for about 2-3 opened

I sometimes do spag bol or a casserole and freeze some for another day. I use the slow cooker for the casseroles.
