In terms of value for money.

I'm currently wearing a pair of grey trousers I bought in Next when I was returning to work after my Maternity Leave. They were suit trousers (I didn't bother with the jacket) and cost about €60. I wear them to work every week without fail (not all week obviously!). They're very comfortable and go with pretty much all my tops/jumpers. They'll be 10 years old this year! That works out at €6 per year .

I've got a few, one is a knitted top beige/gold black and white zigzag. 8 yrs old, It dresses up and down and comes out every other week, it came from an outlet place. Some jaguer shoes - bought end of line in the nice lady shop £15. I've had them about the same time.
Ah next trousers from when they made quality ones. Lady after my own heart. Most clothes are cack there no we IMHO.

Cowboy boots I bought in a grungey second hand shop 8 years ago for £15 . Love them

A top from the New Look sale a few years ago for £8, I've worn it loads for going out in. Also some silver sandals from NL for £4, still going strong after 4 years.
A TopShop jumper which was from a charity shop with tags on £3- worn it weekly for two autumn/winters
I love H&M basics and get tons of wear out of each thing.
I could go on...
