I took some items in to the local charity shop today and came out with 3 bargains.

One was a sealed dvd and book for dp (from dss) for 75p. It's something he'll like too. Another was a game for ds1 also new for £1. I got dp a tiny silver plated Durham cathedral for £1.50. Just something extra to open and it's his favourite place to visit.

What have you got lately that's a bargain?

I have discovered home bargains on the past year and I love it. Some bargains include;

Tangle teezer style brush for £2.
Zhuzhu hamsters for £1 (£8 on amazon).
Wrapping paper for 50p.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 15/12/2014 23:04

I like Home bargains and B&M too.

I've not heard of the Zhuzhu hamsters?

I was in Aldi yesterday. Supposedly just buying their Magnum washing up liquid as heard it was so good. Bought more though Wink Shame I missed this deal.

Its the voucher that usually comes out on the last Thursday of the month. The £5 off £40 thing.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 16/12/2014 13:33

Thanks I'll look out for it.

We got the aldi voucher too, but OH ended up spending closer to £90 - we normally don't spend that much.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 16/12/2014 13:53

Oh heck it's so tempting in there.

We shop at Morrisons usually as dp works for them and we get 10% dissy or 20% on special days.

I bought some work trousers yesterday from tesco. They were labelled as £6 and scanned at £3.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 17/12/2014 19:16

Excellent bargain. I bought some work jogging bottoms from there too, need to pick them up. 2 pairs for £10 and they were originally £18 a pair. I need comfy clothes for my job.

DS1 is in the Army and as he is outside a lot wanted some Under Armours to go under his shirts.

I thought I had got a bargain I few weeks ago when I found some for £6.99 down from £22.99 in Sports Direct, so bought 4. DS2 asked for a track suit for Christmas last week, so I was back on the website and they have been reduced down to £3.99, so I bought him 5 more!

They've still got some, I keep thinking about buying some more for next year!

FreakinScaryCaaw · 17/12/2014 21:10

Dp wears Under Armour shirts, do you mean them?
