Allow them to have a few friends round for films? Ask friends to bring nibbles?
Teenagers often want to get together but can't find a venue. You might be able to provide one for free. They might then get a few invites back??
Don't know if this would go down well with your lot or not.

I give dd and a pal ten pounds each for day then challenge to buy the most quirky or beautiful thing oft via charity shop .
