I don't believe it Scottish Power have refunded me without me asking them to!!

£323.42 has arrived in my bank account. Refund of overpaid direct debits over the last year.

They said something about a refund on my last bill but I didn't believe them but they meant it.

So pleased :)

I am waiting for one too. Though they told me I need to send in my meter readings which I am going to do on my day off. Well done us!

I got one too. I spoke to them about it and they said that as of January, if your credit balance is more than 3 times your direct debit payment, they will refund it.
