What's the least amount I can spend on a weekly food shop for family of four? And how would you achieve this? Live in London

Some great ideas on here, thankyou. There are only 2 adults in my house and we spend 50-60 a week! We are cutting down on meat, going dry, and stopping treats. We already cook from scratch. Hoping to cut down to 35-40 a week.

I got This book before Christmas, it's very good & one of my resolutions is to try one recipe a week.

Just as soon as I find it.

There are 3 in my family and just on food I spend £30 a week

I make soups, bulk out meals with frozen veg, meat is 2-3 times a week. We eat lots of rice and pasta and nothing gets thrown away -I made my version of paella last night and it splits into 7 portions which I freeze

I'm a bit of a supermarket tart so will shop around for the best deals and never set foot in a shop without a list!
