Cheapest place to buy DVDs?

Anyone know where is the best place to buy cheap Disney DVDs? They seem so expensive even second hand on eBay!

I would have said eBay tbh. Or amazon marketplace. Since it seems they hold their value well, you could always sell on once you are done with them and recoup part if the cost?

Have you thought about getting one of the internet film channels - eg Netflix if you can connect it to your TV for the DCs? They have a huge range of kids movies for 5 or 6 quid a month - and they also do a month free trial which you could take advantage of when holiday season arrives.

Charity shops maybe?

Also - it may be real old technology but if you have a VHS or can acquire one from freecycle or from a friend or relative (people are often throwing them out after years in the loft and you can usually get them for nothing) then you'll find that VHS tapes will cost you pennies. Charity shops and boot sales will usually let you have them for 10 or 20 p each, with huge negotiating potential if you take a lot off their hands.

I would have said eBay, most of mine come off eBay.

If you put what you want on an amazon wish list and wait a few days lots of them will go down in price. Amazon do second hand ones too.

If you want new then the Megashopbot as already mentioned but the prices can be a bit out of date so double check.

Also sainsburys, asda and Morrison can be great, especially when they have offers on. I've picked up things in all of them in store hat have been much more expensive online. And their online DVD sites sometimes are the same as the in store price but not always. I've had things like a 3 pack of great Tom and jerry cartoons for £3 in morrisons instead of £10 online

I use an app called red line - you scan the bar code and it identifies the product (doesn't just do DVDs but everything) then tells you prices elsewhere. Then you know if it's worth buying it there and then or not!

I buy most of my dvds for 1p on amazon plus £1.26 delivery.
