What have I left out of my budget?

Ok so trying to work out if we can afford to move/have another child etc. On my spreadsheet I have:
Mortgage
Energy bills
Council Tax
Fuel for cars
Food for us
Mobile phones
BT phone
Car ins/tax
TV licence
Internet
Childcare

What could I have missed off? With only those on there, we should have more money spare than we do...!!!

Dentist/opticians/prescription costs
Holiday fund
Birthday/Christmas presents
Socialising
Household repairs
Household stuff (toilet rolls, cleaning stuff)
House insurance
Clothes/shoes
Hobbies/clubs

Toiletries
Hair cuts
MOT and car maintenance
Life insurance?

hairdresser
car MOT/service/repair
newspapers/magazines/books
TV licence

The things I forgot on our list were:
Insurances - house, car, life (for the mortgage)
Pension contributions
Professional memberships / fees (we both pay thousands in these a year)
Internet/tv/phone/mobile
Student loan payments
Household repairs (boiler, roof, etc)
