Surveys etc for money/vouchers

Just wondered if anyone else did surveys etc for money or vouchers?

Both DH and I do various survey sites,I also do shop and scan and swagbucks.

We probably earnt about £150 if not more doing this which helped a lot towards xmas presents.

It is boring but not difficult.

Yep I do surveys, lots and lots of them. I also do mystery shopping and paid focus groups occasionally. I average about £200 a month, fitting it in with school hours and part-time study committments, but it would be easy to do more if I had more time.

I particularly like Valued Opinions, it's really easy to get to £10 and earn a voucher for Sainsburys or Boots or the like.

£200 a month? Wow! I have applied for various focus groups but heard nothing.

Had about £150 from Valued Opinions in 2.5 years, and about halfway to my £50 from Yougov. Their advantage is that you always qualify for surveys, unlike VO who can throw you out after 10 questions if you give the wrong answer. However the voucher has always turned up within a week of ordering it.

Swagbucks is my favourite as it isn't just surveys to get points. I always swop for Amazon vouchers on there but have lots of other vouchers or money.

I used to do yougov surveys but gave up before I ever got any money - had been doing them for ages but each one took sooooo long and the whole process was so fiddly and stingy! I think there are easy ways to make pocket money e.g. ebaying stuff.

I do Pinecone, bit like fight club not sure I can talk about it tho . Get £3 a survey PayPal or luncheon Vouchers. I use it for Little treats

I'm an Valued Opinions but I hardly ever qualify for the surveys. Have pretty much stopped bothering when they email me now as sometimes I can spend 10 minutes answering 'preliminary' questions before they decide I'm not eligible. I don't mind wasting my time when I get a quid or so out of it but not for nowt!

Which other sites do people use? I'd be interested to see if I have better luck with any others.

I use OpinionBar and find the money comes in quite quickly with it. Also registered with Pinecone but often find their surveys a bit arduous...

stuntgirl I agree about valued opinions. I had £8.50 and its taken me starting 17 surveys to make the last £1.50. like you I've found I'm spending 10-15 minutes answering questions only to find I'm chucked out. Now I've got to a tenner I won't be bothering any more.

Its a shame as I've had some good vouchers off them in the past but they are dreadful now - complete waste of time.

I do one poll. They only pay out at £40 and it takes quite a while to get there but they are nice short surveys and there are normally no more than a couple of qualifying questions. I've had 2 pay outs so far so its been worth my while
