Barclaycard are doing 0% for 24 months, fee is 2.8%. Think that is the best at the moment.

Yes - When I clicked on this thread I was going to suggest Barclaycard too.

MSE will have the latest deals too.

Depends on circumstances...is it purely for balance transfer, or will you continue to spend on it? Watch out for fees too, best to look at MSE website and put in your circumstances.
