So I'm at home, dh works in an ok job. I just did this:

We are below the minimum income. Make sure you adjust for the housing cost as it assumes you have cheap rent...

It's a load of crap!! I couldn't even get past the 'how many children live in your household' Apparantly a lone parent with four dependent children doesn't exist, it makes no allowances for families that have an uncommon setup.
