What happens if you receive vaccine while infected with covid?

I have a vaccine booked for tomorrow
I had covid summer 2024 and have had a lot of illnesses since- it did a number on my immune system!
I currently feel unwell- "sketchy", very achy, fatigue, low in mood and keep smelling smoke (that isn't there!)
But I'm testing negative for covid so going ahead with vaccine tomorrow
If it's a false negative, does that matter hugely?

having covid and getting the vaccination is fine, it used to be you had to wait 28 days after infection to have the vaccine but the guidance has changed. However, if you have a fever and are pretty unwell the advice is to postpone vaccination. If you just have a cough/sore throat/headache or whatever it’s fine to go ahead.

Thanks so much @MultiFucktional
That's put my mind at rest- bring on the vaccine!
